1. Newsletter subscription

By subscribing to the Sales Motion newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails from us covering product updates, early-access invitations, research insights, and content related to revenue execution and AI in sales.

We send infrequently — typically no more than two emails per month. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by contacting us at info@sales-motion.com.

2. Our privacy promise

We will never sell your data. Your contact information is not shared with, rented to, or sold to any third party for marketing purposes. Period.

We may use aggregated and anonymized information from form submissions for internal research — such as understanding the size and roles of teams interested in Sales Motion — to improve the product. This research never identifies you individually and is never published in a way that could be linked back to you.

3. What we collect

When you request early access, we collect your name, work email, company, role, team size, and any optional notes you provide. This information is sent directly to our team inbox so we can respond to you. We do not retain a copy in any database.

If you opt in to the newsletter, we add your email address to our newsletter list, stored with our email service provider, solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your early-access request
• To send you the newsletter (only if you opted in)
• For aggregated, anonymized internal research to improve the product

We do not use your information for automated advertising, profiling for ad targeting, or any purpose unrelated to the above.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@sales-motion.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days. You may also request a copy of any information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Newsletter subscriptions are managed through reputable email service providers with industry-standard security practices.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter or on this page. Continued use of the newsletter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
